Due to the nature of our products (perfume oils/attars), we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

All attars and perfume oils sold by Pristine Perfume are personal care products. Once a bottle's seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, in line with standard hygiene practices for fragrance and personal care items.

Any claim for a damaged or wrong item must be raised within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Video Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must record an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened at the time of delivery, clearly showing the damage or the incorrect item. This video must be shared with us as proof when raising the claim. Claims without valid video proof of opening will not be accepted.
